A short while ago we invited the UK team to join us at the CeeD Industry Awards where we had been shortlisted for the Skills Development Award. So, off we went last week – all 20 of us, and we won!!
The award is great recognition of the work we have all done together to develop the Calnex team. Our Development programmes are very much built around employee feedback and delivered with your support. From our employe led induction and mentoring programmes through to consultant supported Power Skills and Leadership Development training amongst more specific training activities tailored for individuals, we are committed and invested in the personal growth of the team and the skills we need to support our own personal development and business success.
CeeD (Centre for Engineering Education and Development) is recognised as a national body supporting a range of industry sectors in Scotland.
