Calnex is not a large company, you can fully display self-value and develop yourself and grow with the company. So it is a great organization to be part of if you want further career development.

It depends on whether I’m travelling or not. When travelling, there will usually a number of customer visits each day. When I’m not travelling, my typical day comprises of email, telephone conversations, meetings with HQ, issue tracking and etc. After the working day I enjoy getting outdoors for a run.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

I really enjoy the feeling of obtaining a customer order, especially from challenging companies. Also exceeding customers’ expectations and building good relationships, the feeling is even better. That is what I enjoy most.

What skills do you need to succeed in the job?

Business development requires lots of different skills, you need to be able to communicate well with customers, work with distributors and with the factory. From a personal perspective, communication is key, both internally and externally.

What do you do for downtime?

When I’m not working I love to spend quality time with my one year old daughter, she is an angel for me.
