ITSF 2026 – Event Information

Where technical excellence meets commercial value

The International Timing and Sync Forum is the world’s largest timing and sync event, and the leading platform where operators, end users and vendors exchange ideas, showcase innovation and drive the industry forward.

Join us in Geneva this November and help shape the technologies, standards and strategies that will underpin the future of global timing and sync.

Why timing and sync is so critical today

Precise synchronization underpins the systems and networks that keep the modern world running. Global operators, critical services and emerging technologies all rely on it to remain safe, resilient and efficient. As networks become more distributed and interconnected, the impact of sync failures reaches far beyond engineering – they become operational, commercial and regulatory risks. As this dependency grows, the International Timing and Sync Forum plays a vital role in uniting the global ecosystem. Across sectors from defence and automotive to energy, finance, telecoms and industrial automation, ITSF provides a space to address real‑world synchronization challenges, share practical solutions and accelerate the next wave of innovation.

ITSF unites the global timing and sync community, offering a unique combination of technical depth, strategic perspective and meaningful commercial engagement.

The ITSF programme brings together leading engineers, architects, standards groups and operational specialists to examine the most complex challenges in modern timing and synchronization. Sessions focus on GNSS vulnerability and mitigation, holdover performance, network-based timing distribution, PTP scalability, timing assurance, measurement methodologies and the integration of emerging timing technologies into real-world architectures.

Expect a balance of deep technical learning, cross-sector case studies and commercial insight you won’t find anywhere else.
